Shipping Times

Shipping time is on average 5 business days depending on the number of orders that are open. Holidays do not count as business days. I do try and get your items as quickly as possible. But since I am a one woman operation in some cases it can take a bit extra time to get many orders packed and shipped. 

In the case of a custom order shipping times are extended to upwards of two weeks. This is due to the fact that the item needs to be custom made before I can get to the packing and shipping process. 

I ship with Canada post regular, as well as express. A shipping number will not be provided for regular post, so if you would like a tracking number please select express post. 


Shipping Costs

There are times at which shipping will be free when you spend over a certain amount. I know how much of a pain it can be to have to pay extra on top of the item for shipping. Unfortunately however, it is part of the process. And as much as I would love to offer free shipping at all times it is not always possible. A lot of extra money goes into the cost of shipping. Shipping rates include the cost of bag/ box, bubble wrap, cards, crystal information and and additional packaging supplies. I do not profit from the cost of my shipping. That being said it is hard to lower the cost of shipping due to the cost of proper packaging which is for the benefit of both you and me. I do offer standard shipping prices to ensure no one is ever overcharged. In fact, I still often end up covering overages on shipping costs but charging helps to split the cost. 

International Shipping

International shipping is open.  Due to the weight and distance needed to travel, we must package them the best that we can to avoid any potential damage. We are not responsible for customs pricing. If your package goes to customs it is your responsibility to claim.  If the package is sent back, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping again. If the package goes missing you must contact your local post. If the item(s) is damaged we must have photo evidence of the damaged items and packaging. 

Refund Policy

Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns or cancelations. If the product comes damaged or broken photo evidence is required for both the item and packaging. Buyer and seller are both required to fill out the appropriate forms and take the proper steps. If package is lost or stolen a claim must be placed within 15 days of estimated delivery. We are not responsible for lost items but we will do what we can to resolve the issue. In the case of stolen items the buyer is responsible for filing a claim.

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom pieces and sale items.
